KYFFIN SIMPSON STEPS UP TO FORMULA REGIONAL AMERICAS WITH HMD MOTORSPORTS

Cayman Island driver Kyffin Simpson will join the highly competitive HMD Motorsports at the Sebring International
Raceway on the 25th-27th September to mark the beginning of his transition to Formula Regional Americas Powered by Honda, aided by renowned IndyCar engineer Tim Neff and the driver development focused Kokoro Performance.

Simpson, residing in Grand Cayman, previously achieved multiple karting championships in both the U.S. and
Europe, before making his single-seater racing debut in the 2020 Formula 4 United States Championship Powered by Hond. The move up to Formula Regional Americas is a key step in Simpson's eventual goal to reach IndyCar, the pinnacle of U.S. motorsport.

HMD Motorsports, formerly known as BN Racing, have been a front-running team in multiple US racing series
since 2017. Beginning in Road to Indy series, they expanded to the Cooper Tyres USF2000 Championship to
complement their Indy Pro 2000 and Indy Lights campaigns where they proved exceedingly competitive and
fought for key wins.

Looking toward 2021, HMD is focusing its attention on the Road to Indy Ladder Program alongside
participation in the Formula Regional Americas. Based in Indianapolis, Indiana, HMD is the ideal team for Simpson
to pursue his racing ambitions. In addition, engineering expertise provided by Tim Neff, with his experience and
technical expertise from IndyCar, will provide for a rapid development program.

In preparation for his Formula Regional Americas debut, Simpson has conducted test days and non-championship
SCCA events with the HMD team, as well as kart racing and sampling LMP3 machinery for the first time. In early
September’s SCCA event at Sebring, Simpson featured as a class front-runner and demonstrated impressive pace
in the HMD FR Americas car. In addition to this, Simpson has worked alongside renowned IndyCar driver Stefan
Wilson and Kieren Clark of Kokoro Performance to continue his development.

“Racing is a team sport, and so I am thankful for this opportunity to work closely with Tim Neff and
HMD Motorsports, who will focus on my development as a driver," Simpson said. "It is a fantastic opportunity to be working alongside these amazing people and I will do my all to make the most of this fantastic advantage. I am really
looking forward to racing in the Formula Regional Americas, especially alongside a teammate as successful as
David Maluka, he is certainly setting the benchmark high! I am also very grateful to the SCCA and Scott
Goodyear, who have opened the door to Formula Regional Americas for me. Full focus forward now.“

Tim Neff, HMD stated: "Myself and everyone at HMD are super-excited to embark on this new motorsport
journey with Kyffin. We all look forward to supporting and educating him as he rises through the racing ranks."
Kokoro Performance’s Kieren Clark: “This step up is a fantastic opportunity for Kyffin at a crucial time in his
young career. The wealth of experience and support around him will be of huge benefit to his rate of
development. From our perspective, there are no expectations for Sebring results-wise as our key focus is
maximising his preparation for next season when he pursues the Formula Regional Americas title.”
