2021 Waiver Forms (Updated September 2020):
- SCCA Adult Notary or SCCA Registrar Annual Waiver- all non-California residents over 18 years of age
- SCCA Minor Notary- all non-California or non-Florida residents that are 14-18 years of age
- SCCA Adult Notary Annual Waiver- California residents only over 18 years of age
- SCCA Minor Notary- California residents only that are 14-18 years of age
* ALL Annual Waivers must be printed in color and notarized (or signed in front of SCCA Registrar). Adult waiver may be emailed, but minor waivers must be mailed to SCCA: (SCCA Pro Racing, c/o Membership, 6620 SE Dwight St, Topeka, KS 66619).
