Margate, FL (March 18, 2022) - Gonella Racing announced today that rookie Carl Bennett will join the team for the 2022 F4 United States Championship Powered by Honda completing the three-car line-up for the 2022 season. Bennett will be piloting the #9 Ligier machine.

After a few months with the team’s driver development program and a series of test days in the winter, the 17 year old Thai/American will make his official debut at Nola on April 8-10 for the first three rounds of the F4US Championship.

“We are thrilled to welcome Carl to our team,” said team owner Ernie Gonella. “After working with him for a series of test days, I can see he is taking this very seriously and keeps learning in every session. I am sure he will perform well in the series.”
