Jay Howard Driver Development F4 U.S. Program Emerges This Weekend with Eight Drivers

March 9, 2023  With a successful start to the open-wheel race season in other programs, Jay Howard Driver Development (JHDD) brings eight hungry competitors to NOLA Motorsports Park (NOLA) for the first event weekend of the 2023 F4 United States Championship Powered by Honda. As the reigning Series Champions, JHDD is looking to go back-to-back this season.

“We had great success last year with Lochie Hughes winning the title, and we hope that we can carry that momentum into 2023,” expressed Jay Howard. “We have eight drivers and several rookies, but our drivers have progressed through the offseason, and we are ready for the first green flag in a new season of action.”

With a host of signings throughout the winter months, Dane Scott (#4), Tanner DeFabis (#5), Michael Boyiadzis (#3), Frankie Mossman (#6), Michael Costello (#19), Ava Dobson (#21), Logan Adams (#20), and Eric Wisniewski (#7) are set to take the season by storm as they battle 18 wheel-to-wheel races over six event weekends.

Howard added, “The goal is always to win, but to also progress drivers through the program and give them the necessary knowledge and experience to move up the motorsports ladder. We have a great group of mechanics, engineers, and coaches to accomplish these tasks and look forward to the challenge that lies ahead.”

With the first event of the 2023 season this weekend, the F4 United States Championship Powered by Honda season will kick off Thursday at NOLA Motorsports Park in New Orleans, Louisiana.
