Kiwi Motorsport Looks to Extend Championship Leads at New Jersey Motorsports Park

July 30, 2025 – Kiwi Motorsport is set to return to the track this weekend at New Jersey Motorsports Park for the next round of the Formula Regional Americas Championship (FR Americas), Formula 4 United States Championship (F4 U.S.), and the Ligier Junior Formula Championship, with championship momentum on their side.

In FR Americas, Kiwi will field a formidable trio of drivers: Bruno Ribeiro, Jett Bowling and Nicolas Ambiado. The team enters the weekend holding the top three spots in the driver standings, with Ribeiro currently leading the championship, Ambiado in second, and Bowling in third. Their dominant performances thus far have also placed Kiwi Motorsport at the top of the FR Americas Team Championship standings. Absent from the event weekend will be Nicolas Stati due to extended travel time away from Australia, but Kiwi Motorsport looks forward to welcoming him back for future races.

In the F4 U.S., Cooper Shipman and Clemente Huerta will continue to lead the charge. Shipman heads into the weekend as the current championship leader, while Huerta, a South American karting Champion, sits fifth in the standings, eager to move up. Kiwi Motorsport also holds the top spot in the F4 U.S. team standings, a testament to their depth and consistency this season.

Representing the team in the Ligier JFC is Zach Fourie, who returns as Kiwi’s sole driver in the series. Fourie will look to build on recent performances and continue gaining valuable championship points as the season heads into its final stretch.

“We’re incredibly proud of what our drivers and team have accomplished so far this season,” said a Kiwi Motorsport Team Owner Teena Larsen. “But there’s still work to do. New Jersey is a critical round, and we’re aiming to continue our championship battle.”

The weekend will begin with a test day on Thursday, followed by two official practice sessions on Friday in each class. Qualifying and Race 1 will take place on Saturday, with a doubleheader finale for each series on Sunday. Fans can follow all of Saturday and Sunday’s action live on the SpeedTour TV YouTube page.
