Evagoras Papasavvas Joins Crosslink Motorsports for 2026 FR Americas Season

April 6, 2026 — Evagoras Papasavvas will compete in the 2026 Formula Regional Americas Championship (FR Americas) with Crosslink Motorsports, marking the next step in his open-wheel racing career following success in the INDY NXT by Firestone program.
A podium finisher in INDY NXT competition, Papasavvas brings a wealth of experience and racecraft to the FR Americas grid as he prepares to compete across the full 2026 season, which spans eight race weekends at premier circuits across North America. His campaign will begin this weekend at NOLA Motorsports Park for the season opener.
Crosslink Motorsports continues to expand its role within the open wheel development ladder, recently aligning as an official driver development team for AJ Foyt Racing in the NTT INDYCAR SERIES. The partnership strengthens the pathway for emerging drivers, positioning Crosslink as a key steppingstone for those aiming to progress to the highest level of North American open wheel racing.
Papasavvas is eager to begin this new chapter with the team.
“I am really excited to join Crosslink Motorsports for the 2026 season,” said Papasavvas. “They have a strong program and a clear path up the INDYCAR ladder, which made this the right fit for me. Coming from the USF Pro Championships and INDY NXT, I am looking forward to applying everything I have learned and competing for strong results right from the start at NOLA.”
Team Owner Gill Kaszuba emphasized the value Papasavvas brings to the program and the importance of the team’s growing development structure.
“Evagoras is a very talented driver with experience at a high level, and we are excited to welcome him to Crosslink Motorsports,” said Kaszuba. “His background in INDY NXT will be a great asset as we look to be competitive throughout the season. With our relationship with AJ Foyt Racing, we are continuing to build a clear ladder system, and Evagoras fits perfectly into that vision.”
With a proven driver lineup and a strengthened development pathway, Crosslink Motorsports and Papasavvas enter the 2026 season focused on performance, progression, and competing at the front of the field. The race weekend at NOLA Motorsports Park will begin Thursday with official testing, followed by a three-race format across the weekend to open the 2026 championship.
